Hidden on a backroad along the Virginia/North Carolina border sits this abandoned church. As I stood there the shadow of a sprawling tree behind me stood out against the white front of the church. Hence the title Reaching For Heaven.
This scene captured my imagination so much that I turned the car around to go capture it.
Sitting in church yesterday and glanced through the window and saw this beautiful tree still showing some Autumn Color. Captured with phone and downloaded to the computer and applied a water color effect.
